About the RetireZ Plan

The RetireZ Plan is administered by Retirez, Inc., a California for-profit corporation. The designers of the RetireZ Plan are Jay Adkisson and Joe Petrucelli.

Jay Adkisson is an attorney admitted to practice in California, Oklahoma and Texas, and is a partner in the law firm of Riser Adkisson LLP with offices in Newport Beach, CA, and Athens, GA. Jay is a co-author of "Asset Protection: Concepts and Strategies" (McGraw-Hill 2004), which is the all-time best selling book on the subject. Jay has also twice appeared before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee as an expert witness, and lectured on the topic of asset protection to the IRS and U.S. Department of Justice. Joe Petrucelli is an attorney admitted to practice in California. Joe has a Master of Laws in Taxation, and is the founding member of the Petrucelli Law Group with offices in San Marcos, CA. Joe has many years of experience in tax, estate, and business planning.
